Data Models & Data Instances

Overview

Data Models provide you the ability to create custom data structures that meet your business' needs, with the intent of allowing you to tag variable document

What is the value of this?

Let's say your company has a built in library of "Prospect lists" or "Articles" that need to be made available to your user community. With the intent being that data points from each of these data structures be placed on dynamically composed document.

With traditional Content Creation and management tools, in order to get your custom data structure into the system, there would be months of analysis discussions around how to convert your company's data to fit into the system for re-use.

Data Models can act as an means of maintaining your data structure and quickly get data into the system.
